Comments

– Agave is the plant from which tequila, the true national “drink” of Mexico, is extracted. Note that tequila does not, in our opinion, have any medicinal effects like the plant itself.

– The agave is a plant that was used by the Mayans and Aztecs. It is a plant that resembles a cactus.

– Agave has more or less the same properties as Aloe vera . Be careful not to confuse them, because they look alike.

– There are more than 100 different species of agave. The agave plays a fundamental role in the history of Mexico, including in the manufacture of paper, clothes, ropes, etc.
