boldo infusion

Use

– In case of digestive disorders, mainly stomach pain accompanied by spasms, ulcers. Hepatic disorders (liver problems).

For Brazilian boldo also in case of flu, cold and cough .

Ingredients

For a cup of boldo infusion you will need:

– 1 to 3 g (1 to 2 coffee spoons) of dry boldo leaves ( boldo-do-chile or Brazilian boldo )

– About 200 ml of water

Preparation

– Boil the water and add it to the dry boldo leaves

– Leave to infuse for about 10 minutes (to obtain an effective dose of active substances)

Posology

– Drink a cup of infusion, several times a day (3 times), in case of digestive disorders (stomach ache, etc.)

contraindications

Severe problems in the hepatic region (liver). Pregnancy. Lactation.
