Chicken soup

Use

– Against colds . Possible anti-cough effect (read below under Remarks).

Ingredients

– 1/2 kg of chicken (thigh, wing or breast)

– 1 onion

– 4 cloves of garlic

– 2 carrots

– 2 chopped potatoes

– 1 chicken broth

– 1/2 cup of rice

– Parsley to taste

– 1 tablespoon oil

– 1 liter and a half of boiling water

Preparation

Season each piece of chicken with a little salt.

Put the oil in the pressure cooker, let it heat up and add the chicken, onion and garlic and the chicken broth, let it fry just a little and add the boiling water;

Put the rice, carrots, potatoes, salt and cover the pan.

After the cooker has pressure, count 15 to 20 minutes, cooking should be done over medium heat.

When the cooking time is up, wait for the pan to lose pressure, open it and add the parsley.

Posology

A dish once a day (soup can decongest the nose and sinuses).

Comments

The amino acid cysteine ​​found in chicken also helps thin mucus and therefore acts favorably against coughing.
