galangal infusion

Use

Used in digestive disorders such as stomach pains, spasms, flatulence and vomiting.

Ingredients

For a cup of galangal infusion tea, use:

– From half to 1 gram of galangal root .

– Approximately 200 mL of water.

Preparation

– Heat the water until it boils and then add the boiling water over the galangal roots.

– Let the infusion act for 10 minutes (to obtain an effective dose of the active substances).

Posology

– Drink a cup of tea several times up to 3 times a day in case of digestive disorders.

Use

You can also use galangal root decoction. For this, boil 10 g of galangal roots in 500 mL of water and keep at boiling temperature for 10 minutes.
