Use
Homemade juice used to maintain or help lose weight. This juice promotes body detoxification after a diet high in fats, sugar and alcohol.
Ingredients
For a 200 to 300 mL glass of juice:
– 3-4 cabbage leaves (pictured).
– Juice of a lemon .
– 1 apple cut with the skin.
– 1 piece of ginger .
– 1-2 celery stalks (or celery).
– 1 slice of pineapple (optional).
– A few mint leaves (optional)
– About 100 mL of water or coconut juice, you can also use 200 mL of water for a more liquid juice (for 2 people).
Preparation
– Wash all ingredients.
– Chop the celery, cabbage leaves, apple (remove the seeds, but not the skin) and ginger (1 part) into several parts.
– Put all the ingredients in a blender, adding half of the ingredients, then, after a few minutes, the other half, to avoid the blender clogging up.
– Stir well for a few minutes. This can take up to 5 minutes.
– Add, possibly, a little salt and pepper and cover with a little water if necessary, especially if the juice is not very liquid.
Posology
– Consume preferably 1 time a day in the morning or at lunch.

– One day, or about 12 hours (if kept refrigerated). Otherwise, use must be immediate.

– There are several green juice recipes, many of which use cabbage leaves, because they are responsible for the detoxifying effect. In this recipe, we add ginger to improve the flavor, but it is possible to remove it.
– Like all juice, it should not be abused, otherwise there is a risk of diarrhea and other gastrointestinal problems.
