jasmine infusion


Against stress , sleep disorders ( insomnia , for example), mild depression and anxiety .


For a cup of jasmine infusion tea use:

– 1 tablespoon of fresh jasmine flowers (about 5 jasmine flowers) or dried jasmine flowers (available at many stores).

– Approximately 200 mL of water.


– Heat the water to a boil and then add the boiling water over jasmine flowers.

– Let the infusion rest for 10 minutes (to obtain an effective dose of active substances).


– Drink a cup of jasmine infusion tea 2 to 3 times a day in case of stress, depression or mild anxiety.

– Drink a cup of jasmine infusion tea 20 minutes before going to sleep for sleep disturbances (such as insomnia).
