lavender infusion

Use

Against anxiety , stress or nervousness, to promote sleep. It can also help strengthen immunity.

Ingredients

For a liter of lavender infusion:

– 15 to 30 grams of lavender (lavender).

– 1 liter of water.

Preparation

– Heat the water until it boils and add it over the lavender.

– Let the infusion rest for ten minutes (to obtain an effective dose of active ingredients).

– If necessary, sweeten with a little honey.

Posology

– Drink a glass three times a day, especially at night to have a good sleep.

Notes:
– To increase the calming effect, you can add about 15 g of dried chamomile flowers .
– It is better to use dried lavender flowers (organic if possible) rather than a bag of lavender flowers, as the plant loses its effectiveness in the bag.
