melissa syrup


Used against stress and nervousness. Refreshing during the summer.


– 10 to 20 grams of fresh melissa leaves (the more, the better. The 20 grams of fresh melissa is a significant amount and not always easy to find, but 10 grams can be enough, or even less if necessary).

– 100 grams of honey (liquid if possible).

– Juice of a whole lemon .


– Put the melissa leaves (well washed), honey and lemon juice in the blender and blend for a few minutes.

– If you want a refreshing effect, put the syrup in the fridge for a few hours.


– Dilute the syrup with cold water (preferably, in summer, with cold water for a refreshing effect). Drink several times a day.


– Store the syrup for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.

– We have tested it for you, this syrup is excellent, with a pleasant lemon flavor.
