Use

In case of digestive problems ( digestive disorders ), colitis (spasmodic), digestive colic, flatulence , heartburn , bad breath , sore throat , pain in the gastrointestinal tract, irritable bowel syndrome , migraine , muscle pain .

Ingredients

For a cup of mint infusion use:

– 2 g (3 coffee spoons) of dried mint leaves (peppermint)

– About 200 ml of water

Preparation

– Boil the water and add it to the dried mint leaves.

– Leave to infuse for about ten minutes (to obtain an effective dose of active substances)

Posology

– Drink a cup, 2 to 4 times a day, in case of digestive disorders, preferably between meals.

Secundary effects

Children under five years old. Biliary obstructions. Lactation.
