orange blossom infusion

Use

– In case of insomnia , sleep disorders or stress .

Ingredients

For a cup of orange blossom infusion (from bitter orange), use:

– 1 to 2 g (1 to 2 coffee spoons) of * dried orange blossoms

– About 200 ml of water

* It is possible to find dried orange blossoms in pharmacies or specialized stores, such as herbalists).

Preparation

– Boil the water and add it to the orange blossoms.

– Leave to infuse for about ten minutes (to obtain an effective dose of active substances)

Posology

– For example, if you are having trouble falling asleep or with some other sleep disorder, drink 1 to 2 cups of the infusion 30 minutes before going to sleep. Ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice on a more personalized dosage.
