– 100 g pumpkin seeds (fresh if possible)

– 1 teaspoon of honey

– Water


– Wash the pumpkin seeds, crush them and put them in a pan.

– Dip the seeds in water until they are completely submerged.

– Cook over low heat.

– remove the water

– Add honey.


– Use the preparation at night before going to sleep.
