Use
Drink with a pleasant taste, strawberries are notably rich in fiber , which facilitates intestinal transit.
The high concentration of vitamin C in this drink has a positive effect on the immune system. Strawberry also contains polyphenols, which have a positive impact on skin health.
This smoothie is also a great way to get kids to eat fruit (eg 1-2 servings a day of the recommended 5 servings a day).
Ingredients
For 2 people:
– About 10 strawberries (if they are big, 5 should be enough).
– 10 a 20 blueberries (mirtilos).
– 10 to 20 raspberries.
– From 30 to 50 mL of milk (see comments below).
– 1 natural unsweetened yogurt.
Preparation
– Wash and prepare (remove stems) strawberries, possibly cut into pieces.
– Wash the raspberries and blueberries.
– Place the fruit, yogurt and milk in the blender.
– Mix for 1 to 2 minutes.
Posology
– Drink this smoothie several times a day (e.g. morning and afternoon).
Use
If you add too much milk, the texture will be more like a shake than a yogurt or smoothie.
