spring infusion

Use

– In case of cough (productive cough)

Ingredients

For a cup of spring infusion use:

– 1.5 to 2 g (1 to 1.5 teaspoon) of dried spring flowers.

– About 200 ml of water

* You can find spring flowers in pharmacies, specialized stores (such as herbalists) or in nature (you can pick the flowers and dry them to make the infusion).

Preparation

– Boil water and add it to dried spring flowers .

– Leave to infuse for about ten minutes (to obtain an effective dose of active substances)

Posology

– Drink a cup of infusion once or twice a day.
