For 4 servings

– 1 piece of sugar cane or 40 centimeters of canned cane long sticks.

– 400 g of large prawns.

– 250 grams of vermicelli pasta made from rice.

– 1 piece of fresh ginger.

– 1 clove of garlic.

– White of 1 egg.

– Salt and pepper.


– Cook the rice noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.
