Vinegar based drops

To prevent external otitis ( swimmer ‘s or diver’s otitis ), especially indicated for people sensitive to external otitis or divers.

– Water (tap water, some people recommend using distilled water instead) – Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar

– Dropper bottle (available at pharmacies)

Mix equal amounts of water and apple cider vinegar, then pour the mixture into the dropper bottle.

Every night put 3 drops of the mixture in the external auditory canal, tilting your head slightly to the side, so that the drops enter the canal. It is also possible to apply 3 drops 3 times a day.

Start treatment, for example, a week before traveling somewhere where you are going to dive.
